ClubBrezza Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

MBERG (ClubBrezza) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the ClubBrezza.

If ClubBrezza refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Business/Patron membership once taken cannot be refunded as the intangible advtange for the sponsor once  given cannot be revoked by MBERG or ClubBrezza.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 10 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the ClubBrezza.

All refund requests must be made by the registrant.

Refund requests must include the name of the registrant and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the account number used for payment.

These above policies apply to all ClubBrezza memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

ClubBrezza Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

There are no charges to attend an event organised by ClubBrezza or MBERG or its members. Each member spends on its own for his commuting to an event or while the vent for food, boarding, lodging or any other expenses unless sponsored by a ClubBrezza patron. However there may be an event where even after Sponsorship  members may be asked to pay partially.

MBERG (ClubBrezza) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If ClubBrezza cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund if they paid any amount to be part of a sponsored or jointly organised event.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, CLUBBREZZA has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a INR 50 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or payee.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original account number used for payment.

ClubBrezza Refund/Return Policy

Membership bought of ClubBrezza is not Transferable.

Products provided/sold by ClubBrezza partners, patrons, sponsors and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
